At HCLTech, I build production LLM systems using GPT-4, GPT-4o, Claude, and Mistral, designing RAG workflows and agentic-AI proofs of concept. I've built AgenticAITestSuite and AgentQA with LangChain, Autogen, FastAPI, and Azure OpenAI, along with a text-to-image GenAI POC for Trinny London.
I also bring a human-centered design and accessibility background from supporting WCAG and MAS conformance across Microsoft products including Xbox and SharePoint. I develop asynchronous Python services, vector-DB-backed RAG solutions, and NLP pipelines across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Deploy and integrate LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Mistral) for natural-language processing, design RAG workflows, and build agentic-AI proofs of concept. Develop backend services with FastAPI/Flask/Django and deploy on Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Ensured WCAG and MAS accessibility conformance for Microsoft products and Azure cloud/ML tools. Evaluated and tested data-analysis, cloud, and AI tooling for compliance, partnering with product teams on remediation.
Performed manual and automated accessibility testing using Accessibility Insights and AXE. Applied accessibility guidelines to digital products using HTML and CSS.
