I’m a results-driven banking and operations professional with 3+ years of experience across retail banking, financial operations, and independent backend processing. I’m NISM & IRDA certified, with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Banking, and I focus on accuracy, discipline, and measurable outcomes.

In my current role as Operations & Sales Manager at Prewalk It Solutions (April 2025–Present), I lead end-to-end sales and operations—from strategy and prospecting through post-sales execution and client retention. I manage sales performance management, including target planning, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly goals.

Previously at ICICI Bank (May 2024–March 2025), as Relationship Manager (Deputy Manager – Band 1), I ensured seamless branch banking operations and end-to-end backend processing with zero compliance breaches. I handled risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and strict adherence to RBI and internal banking policies, while maintaining high-accuracy records and transaction logs.

Earlier, as a Backend Executive at Edustori LLP (October 2021–January 2024), I managed end-to-end data entry, documentation, and admissions-related backend operations for an international education consultancy. I’m comfortable working remote WFH night shifts with minimal supervision, and I bring strong workflow optimization, client service, and interdepartmental coordination to every engagement.
