I’m an MBA graduate from IIM Sirmaur with a double major in Marketing and Operations, with interests across business analytics, marketing, operations, and problem-solving.
During my internship at IRCTC, I worked with data covering 1,300+ employees across 8 cadres and 17 grades, using Excel to analyze workforce trends, build predictive models, and identify future capacity and resource requirements. This experience strengthened my ability to work with large datasets, identify patterns, and translate analysis into practical business insights.
Beyond my internship, I have worked on market research, retail strategy, sales forecasting, digital marketing, supply chain, and operations projects. As a member of the Sports Committee at IIM Sirmaur, I also contributed to large-scale events involving planning, promotions, sponsorships, and execution, including an Inter-IIM event that secured ₹5+ lakh in sponsorships.
