I am a Business Analytics professional with a PGDM in Marketing & Business Analytics and a BBA background. My interests lie at the intersection of data, business, marketing, and customer insights.

During my internship at Sahajanand Laser Technology Ltd. (SLTL), I worked extensively with customer data and Net Promotor Score(NPS) feedback. I was involved in data cleaning and management using Excel, analysed customer feedback using SPSS, and created visual dashboards and insights using Power BI. I also worked on customer segmentation, CRM activities, loyalty program planning, SEO, content creation, and customer interactions during an Open House event.

Alongside my practical experience, I have worked on academic analytics projects involving user behaviour analysis and personalized content recommendations for OTT platforms. These experiences have strengthened my ability to identify patterns, interpret data, communicate insights, and connect analytical findings with business requirements.

My technical skills include Excel, Power BI, SPSS, SQL, and basic Python, along with data cleaning, visualization, dashboard development, market research, and customer analysis.

I am particularly interested in remote opportunities in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Customer Insights, Business Intelligence, and Operations Analytics. I enjoy learning, solving problems, working with data, and collaborating with people to turn information into meaningful business outcomes.
