At Pulse Telesystems Private Limited, I manage production telecom and VoIP workloads across hybrid AWS and on-premises infrastructure. I operate multi-cluster Amazon EKS environments and support reliable service operations.

I build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated security practices, and implement observability across metrics, logs, traces, and alerts. I also automate infrastructure operations and contribute to performance management and security hardening for SIP, RTP, and WebRTC workloads.

At HEXR Factory Immersive Tech, I migrated Docker deployments to highly available Kubernetes clusters spanning bare-metal, on-premises virtual machines, AWS, and air-gapped environments. I replaced brittle workflows with GitOps-driven CI/CD and embedded security controls, reducing CVE exposure by 90%.

I also implemented observability for applications, systems, and networks, and optimized infrastructure for HPC, 3D/XR, Digital Twin, and IoT/edge workloads. In my Arrakis project, I built and operate a self-managed HA K3s cluster on repurposed bare-metal hardware, and I maintain a public, Git-versioned DevOps knowledge base.
