At Infra360.io, I own production cloud and Kubernetes platforms for AI voice calling and AI video analytics across GCP, AWS and enterprise on-premises environments. I operate GKE platforms built for multi-zone high availability and provision infrastructure with Terraform.
I reduced monthly GCP infrastructure costs by approximately 74% through node-pool redesign, workload rightsizing, storage tuning and other optimizations. Centralized metrics, dashboards, alerting and log analysis also improved production troubleshooting efficiency by more than 70%.
At Comviva, I owned deployment and production operations for business-critical telecom and mobility platforms running on microservices. I supported migrations of on-premises workloads to AWS Kubernetes platforms and contributed to an approximately 40% reduction in MTTR through monitoring, RCA and preventive remediation.
Across these roles, I’ve worked with Kubernetes platforms, infrastructure as code and CI/CD delivery, as well as production databases and observability. My work has included secure service-to-service traffic, controlled releases and production performance tuning.
