I’m an Assistant Manager who keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly by focusing on efficient guest experiences and responsive service. From check-in to check-out, I work to ensure every interaction is handled professionally and promptly.

I manage admin responsibilities including bookings and basic accounting, while keeping records and processes accurate. I also coordinate housekeeping and maintenance to support a consistent, well-run environment.

Before and alongside management, I built strong customer-facing expertise as a Shop Assistant supporting art products and custom framing sales. I operated a POS system and framing software for daily transactions, while liaising with artists and suppliers for canvas and frame orders.

I’m known for operational coordination, client experience and communication, and practical problem solving with independent decision making. I’m ready to bring that same reliability and attention to detail to a new team.
