At Alliance International Servicing (Thailand) Ltd., I set up HR across Thailand, India and Nevis, covering the employee lifecycle and advising sister companies in Spain and Hong Kong. I brought outsourced HR operations in-house and helped scale the workforce from 65 to 120 employees.
I led HRIS rollouts, implementing Zoho People in four countries and later PeopleHum in three, moving about 90% of HR records off manual processes. I also built AI automations with Claude Code to simplify recruitment and performance management, and introduced same-day decisions after final interviews.
My earlier work at Flipkart Private Ltd. and Seventh Sense Talent Solutions focused on training and learning design. Since Apr 2026, I’ve designed and run The Shift Series, free workshops for managers in Bangkok.
