At Infosys, I build healthcare intelligence platforms that unite six EHR and billing systems into reliable Power BI dashboards for bed management, staffing, clinical quality, and physician productivity. I improved dashboard load time from 18 seconds to under 4 seconds and reduced refresh time from 90-minute timeouts to under 12 minutes.
I've also delivered regulatory reporting for a UK banking client, fleet intelligence for DHL Logistics, and self-service insurance analytics for AIG.
