My work blends disciplined requirements practice with measurable commercial impact. I’ve delivered 700+ business artifacts (Proposals, EOIs, FRD, PRD, BRD), led client discovery calls and requirement workshops, and served as the sole pre-sales point of contact to produce delivery-ready requirements while maintaining scope control and reducing delivery risk.

I bring strong cross-industry execution across SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech, and eCommerce, supported by an established BA framework. I designed the first change request (CR) process in my company, created 6+ reusable templates to standardize BA output, and managed 7–8 parallel requirements daily across pre-sales and post-build operations.

Earlier, at Salescode.ai, I served as on-site BA for UAT at Coca-Cola Singapore HQ and validated eB2B platform delivery in a high-stakes environment. I also strengthened stakeholder decision-making through gap/impact analysis on 400,000+ records, streamlined reporting with JIRA & Confluence, and supported requirements for 5+ custom enhancements, while resolving client issues within SLA.
