At Pratibha Syntex Limited, I managed B Shift HR operations and time office administration, including attendance, overtime, and shift management in SAP. I also handled labour-law filings and delivered induction, training, and welfare programs.
At Sharma Fabricators & Erectors Pvt. Ltd., on-site at Orient Paper & Industries, I managed HR and labour compliance for the New Recovery Boiler & Evaporator Installation project, covering 300+ contract workers. Earlier, as Welfare Officer at Viraj Profiles Private Limited, I managed welfare operations and compliance with welfare provisions under the Factories Act.
