At AiMantra, I architected RESTful microservices for Ayurmuni, a healthcare e-commerce platform, and automated order fulfillment, invoicing, and live tracking through integrations with Unicommerce and Shiprocket. I cut order API p95 latency by 60% by fixing N+1 queries, adding PostgreSQL indexes, and using Redis caching.

Previously, I built event processing and payment workflows at Appdeft, and developed Django and FastAPI services, a generative AI chatbot, and real-time voice pipelines at Webfries IT Solutions. In my SupportIQ project, I built a RAG-powered support platform that retrieves relevant knowledge and drafts replies for admin review.
