I've supported customers at Startek on the Optimum Account, managing service accounts and marketing mobile services tailored to customer needs. I've also collected, entered, and completed initial analysis of data at the University of the West Indies Hospital.

During my Data Analyst internship with the Jamaica Constabulary Force, I logged, structured, and organized case data and prepared documentation for official case files. I bring computer proficiency, attention to detail, task coordination, customer relations, and a commitment to learning in a creative, growth-focused organization.
