I founded Kataliz.AI to solve operational challenges for call centers and BPOs across Southeast Asia's financial-services sector. Our agentic AI products support debt collection, lead generation, and customer management, with a focus on Indonesia.

I developed SmartQA to automate telesales quality assurance, processing 3,000 conversations monthly, and deployed SmartRobo for subscription renewal, telesales, and interviews. SmartRobo processes about 80,000 calls per day for debt collector agencies in Jakarta and Malaysia.

At Paidy, a PayPal company, I built and led a 10-person fraud operations team and used ThreatMetrix, DataDog, and SQL-based tools to reduce fraud-detection effort by 20%. I helped cut annual fraud losses from 1% to 0.5% of total revenue and digitized merchant onboarding to reduce underwriting lead time by 50%.

Earlier, I delivered credit, analytics, and risk outcomes at American Express, CitiCards Japan, Tokyo Star Bank, Deloitte, and PwC. My work has included credit models, machine learning, strategic data partnerships, merchant risk, and teams that turn data into measurable business value.
