At Crystal System Albania, I work as a Business Intelligence Consultant for Pirelli AMS and Prometeon Tyre Group. I monitor ETL flows, investigate data incidents, and develop SQL scripts in Oracle Database.
I maintain ODI 11g flows and related objects, analyze requirements for enhancements, and test implemented functions and fixes, particularly for OBIEE modifications. I also send daily reports on ETL executions, errors, and statistical data files.
Previously, at Academic Network of Albania, I supported users of applications including LMS, U-albania, and Mesues per Shqiperine. I also provided technical support for Albanian universities on the U-albania portal and contributed to the “Online Secretary” project.
