At Marsh McLennan, I lead the global Placement & Policy Servicing technology portfolio, supporting approximately $750M in business revenue and up to $50M in annual technology spend. I spearheaded a global insurance platform transformation that increased platform adoption and premium volume by 50% within 12 months.

I've built and led globally distributed engineering and delivery organizations of more than 160 professionals, advancing cloud-native architecture, API-first integration, microservices, CI/CD, SAFe, and AI-assisted development. I work closely with C-suite stakeholders to shape investment cases, technology roadmaps, enterprise standards, and modernization decisions.

Previously at Sparkhound, I built and ran Digital Automation and Business Automation practices, owning P&L, growth strategy, custom development, cloud architecture, automation, analytics, and managed services. Across insurance, finance, energy, retail, and manufacturing, I focus on technology that improves operations, accelerates delivery, and creates recurring business value.
