I'm building Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud solutions at Accenture, configuring standard and custom objects, page layouts, record types, and automation for day-to-day business needs.

I write and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and Visualforce pages, and build Lightning Web Components and Aura components for dynamic user interfaces. I also handle data migration, bulk operations with Data Loader, and production enhancements with cross-functional teams.

At Infobeans Technologies, I worked on three projects, including client and in-house applications, developing Force.com solutions with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, SOSL, C#, and Web API integration.

Earlier, I managed SharePoint environments, project and document management sites, and SQL queries and stored procedures. I focus on scalable Salesforce solutions, data security, performance optimization, and improving business processes and user experience.
