What I'm looking for

I am seeking a senior analytics role leading BI transformation and governance in a collaborative, cross-regional environment focused on scalability, performance, and stakeholder adoption.

I am an Analytics Governance and BI Transformation Lead with extensive experience coordinating cross-regional analytics initiatives across Europe and Brazil, aligning business and technical teams to ensure governance, scalability, and performance of enterprise analytics solutions. I combine a strategic mindset with hands-on technical expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud, BW/4HANA, Datasphere and Power BI to lead large-scale migrations, standardize KPIs, and improve BI adoption.

I have led BI transformations from federated to hub-and-spoke models, optimized high-scale data models (including a 6-billion record dataset), and built cross-functional teams and governance frameworks that improve performance and user experience.
