At NoemaForge, I’m building an open-source, local-first AI control plane that runs agents and tools within explicit policy boundaries. Each run records evidence, and privileged actions require operator approval.
At Grid Dynamics, I grew the Data Analytics discipline to roughly 30 specialists across EMEA and the US, working through five Specialization Leads. I led a GCP and Airflow forecasting-platform redesign with governed KPIs and automated data-quality controls, improving a forecasting KPI by 20 percentage points against a five-point target.
At Sandoz, I took ownership of Data Quality after identifying unreliable source data, then helped establish a unified Russia data foundation across Logistics, Finance and Sales. Historical forecast accuracy moved from 73% to 89%, and I built SAP IBP-oriented automation that reduced a three-approval transport-order flow from about 1.5 days to about two hours.
Earlier, at GSK, I developed decision-support analysis that supported retaining about 100 of roughly 150 roles during a budget review. My work spans enterprise data platforms, applied analytics and business transformation, combining hands-on Python and SQL with architecture and delivery ownership.
