At Carrier, I managed quality across seven assembly lines and supervised 10 quality auditors. My DMAIC projects introduced vision detection and model-specific labeling kits, preventing labeling issues and delivering $150K and $92K in savings.
At Trane Technologies, I resolved leak and HIPOT failures affecting up to 80% and 70% of production, achieving 100% issue resolution. I also supported NPI, capacity and ergonomic studies, Poka Yoke implementation, and material-shortage reduction efforts.
