I've built and evolved enterprise retail technology at INOVRETAIL for more than a decade, supporting brands including Levi's, Benetton, MO, Salsa, Zippy, and Worten across Portugal, the United Kingdom, and Spain. As Head of New Product Development, I led a team of six developers and designers while defining the architecture for scalable, secure multi-tenant and multi-market platforms.

Today, through B&F Software and as a fractional Head of New Product Development, I provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, infrastructure strategy, and developer mentoring. I help teams modernize CI/CD, improve security and compliance practices, optimize operational costs, and build maintainable systems across cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and distributed services.
