At Bayer, I developed the 2026–30 global packaging category strategy and a multi-year savings pipeline targeting 6% annual savings across €140m in spend. I also improved PO automation performance from an 86% average to 94%, reaching a record 96.6% through better data quality and supplier alignment.
At Smurfit WestRock, I delivered 12% savings against a 4% target, generating €12m in incremental value, and limited cost inflation across a €35m portfolio. I’ve also worked across commodity and specialty chemical sourcing, market intelligence, risk management and procurement transformation, including serving as Group Sourcing Lead in a €400m M&A transaction.
