At AkzoNobel, I manage global sourcing and e-Sourcing initiatives across EMEA, the Americas and Asia. I manage a global portfolio of smaller distributors representing approximately €3M in annual spend and lead end-to-end competitive tender processes.
Previously, I supported Colors and Minerals category teams with sourcing initiatives and supplier analysis. I developed procurement reports adopted across the organization for supply-risk and supplier-responsibility tracking, and supported procurement and planning operations using SAP.
