My background as a house helper, babysitter, and stay at home mother has strengthened my ability to maintain confidentiality, solve problems, and keep daily responsibilities under control. I’m ready to adapt quickly, learn new tools, and provide reliable support that helps clients stay productive.

In my service roles, I coordinated daily store activities by assisting customers, responding to inquiries, and supporting smooth operations. I maintained cleanliness and organization, handled transactions accurately, processed customer purchases, and helped keep inventory organized during busy hours.

I also build structure using administrative systems and digital tools—especially calendar management, scheduling, email management, and Google Workspace. With Remote Work Readiness training and HubSpot Sales Hub Software Certification work underway, I’m eager to provide consistent administrative support while working with US/UK/AU time zones.
