Researched and mapped the UK life-sciences and emerging microgravity ecosystem, using stakeholder interviews and workshops. Designed the Microgravity Ecosystem Explorer, an interactive prototype guiding users through seven stages of exploration.

Co-organised a cross-disciplinary CSM showcase event, coordinating stakeholders, budgets, logistics and participant experience. Designed and facilitated a participatory workshop and led communications design for the Symposium team.

Combined primary audience research, revenue mapping, STEEP analysis and futures thinking to explore new forms of value and engagement for younger Tate audiences. Developed future scenarios and a service proposition connecting audience needs with organisational value.
