At TygrLabs, I led product strategy, roadmaps, and end-to-end experience design for complex B2B workflows. I helped drive RideSync adoption to 80% across active clients by simplifying core workflows and improving the overall experience.

I also led TygrLabs' transition from postpaid to prepaid billing, improving cash-flow predictability and aligning the product with business needs. Across web and mobile products including RideSync, PaxSync, TA Dashboard, and SyncNet, I translate complex operational work into intuitive experiences.

I built and scaled TygrLabs' design system from the ground up, establishing reusable components, interaction patterns, and standards in partnership with engineering. I use AI-assisted wireframing and prototyping to accelerate early exploration and iteration.

Previously, I led product strategy and interface design for 10 Minute School's English App and Kids App, contributing to products reaching 10M+ students. I also designed AI-powered projects including GMI Companion and Gldn Route, which correctly predicted 28 of 32 World Cup knockout matches.
