What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can optimize operations using MIS and KPI reporting, ensure SLA compliance, and drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

I’m a Senior Executive with experience driving smooth logistics operations through MIS, vendor delivery performance, and daily/weekly/monthly status reporting. I supervise dispatching, routing, tracking, and shipping activities to meet and exceed customer KPI’s while handling MWD cases and stakeholder communication.

Earlier in my career, I strengthened quality and process performance as an Assistant Quality Manager—preparing SOP/IS/PFD, performing root-cause analysis, and supporting corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints. I also bring an embedded engineering foundation, with hands-on work in UART, SPI, I2C, GSM, GPS, RFID, and ZigBee, plus recognition through a Young Achiever Award.
