What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote or contract opportunities where I can lead creative media projects, develop scripts and content, manage production workflows, and bring together creative vision with structured operations.

I co-founded Z Filmz Creative Hub, where I lead ad films, corporate videos, and musical productions from script development through post-production, while managing client relations, budgets, and freelance crews.

I've directed the internationally acclaimed short film The Expiry Date of Love, earning 25+ Best Director and Best Script accolades. I also work across direction teams as an associate and assistant director, and write screenplays, dialogue, and lyrics in Malayalam, Hindi, and English.

Alongside film and media, I've managed hospital administration and HR operations across India and the UAE, including recruitment, payroll, compliance, vendor management, financial reporting, and workflow coordination.
