My strong expertise in infection control and nursing supervision has been pivotal in my career, particularly during my role as a Nurse Quality Manager at KIMS HEALTH, where I managed infection control across a 120-bed facility. My commitment to continual learning and healthcare improvement has been recognized through various awards, including the Best Infection Control Award.

Throughout my career, I have developed nursing curricula, delivered theory and practical sessions, and supervised clinical practices as a Clinical Quality Analyst and Nursing Tutor.
