I’m a detail-oriented Registered ICU Nurse and Nursing Lecturer transitioning into clinical research. My clinical foundation is built on patient monitoring, strong adherence to clinical protocols, and a commitment to subject safety from first interaction through ongoing documentation.

I bring hands-on experience coordinating patient-related processes that translate directly to clinical trial operations. I’ve worked with informed consent, maintenance of hospital patient files, update of source notes, log/report management, and daily interpretation of clinical findings, lab reports, and treatment charts to support accurate assessment.

In clinical trial-focused work, I’m comfortable with regulatory and quality expectations such as ICH-GCP, and I have basic understanding of ICMR, NDCT rule 2019, and regulatory compliance. I can support study start-up, conduct, and close-out activities; identify and document protocol deviations; manage data entry and query resolution; and contribute to accurate SAE reporting and adverse event documentation.

I take pride in data integrity and vigilance. I’ve maintained 100% accuracy in charting, medication records, and vital data documentation, ensured full compliance with NABH/JCI standards, and used WHO DD and MedDRA coding concepts, including edit checks and data quality checks, to reduce inconsistencies and improve completeness. I’m looking to apply my clinical judgment and documentation discipline to clinical research roles where clean data capture and participant protection matter.
