What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can run high-volume customer interactions, manage public complaints end-to-end using SP4N-LAPOR-style workflows, and support public health communication through podcast and radio production.

For the Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia, I’ve worked in a contact center handling high-volume calls about national healthcare services, recording interactions systematically and resolving complaints with a solution-oriented approach.

From 2019 to 2025, I managed public complaints end-to-end through the SP4N-LAPOR system—verifying, following up with relevant agencies, and producing analytical reports that support policy evaluation and service improvements.

More recently, I’ve moved into media publications, managing health-themed podcast production for Kemencast and overseeing operational health radio broadcasting (scheduling, content planning, and technical execution).
