Reiza Iqbal

I am a communication and public relations professional with around 10 years of experience in public communication, information management, digital content, and stakeholder engagement, including my experience at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia.

Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse stakeholders and audiences, communicating information clearly, coordinating with teams, managing digital content, and ensuring information is accurate and delivered appropriately. This experience has strengthened my ability to understand people’s needs, handle questions and feedback, solve problems, manage deadlines, and communicate professionally through written and digital channels.

I also have experience in social media and digital content, including news, public information, health-related content, and audience-focused digital communication. This has taught me to adapt messages to different audiences and platforms while maintaining clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.

I am currently expanding my skills in AI, data annotation, AI content creation, and AI-assisted workflows. These experiences have strengthened my attention to detail, quality control, ability to follow guidelines, and ability to evaluate and improve information and AI-generated outputs.

At this stage of my career, I am particularly interested in Customer Support, Customer Experience, Customer Success, AI Operations, Data Annotation, and AI-assisted support roles. I believe my communication background is highly transferable to customer-facing positions because I am accustomed to listening, understanding concerns, providing clear information, coordinating solutions, and following up when needed.

I am also interested in remote and international work environments. I am comfortable working independently, managing priorities, communicating through digital channels, and collaborating with remote teams. I am a continuous learner, open to feedback, and willing to learn new tools and systems. My goal is to combine my communication experience with technology and AI while continuing to grow professionally and contribute meaningful value to the organization I work with.
