What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my library operations, digital-resource support, AI evaluation, and search-quality experience in a role focused on improving access to reliable information and user services.

I'm currently a Supervising Librarian at the German International University, where I develop print and digital collections, optimize library services and policies, manage database subscriptions, and help patrons access digital resources.

I've also evaluated AI model responses for Bard (Google), identifying the strongest answer to user queries and assessing each model's strengths and weaknesses. Previously, at TELUS International, I evaluated search results, compared search engines, and selected images relevant to user queries.

Across my academic library work at RITSEC and GIU, I've managed integrated library systems, collection development, circulation activities, patron support, reporting, and access to digital articles and databases.
