Led implementation of enterprise data governance, data retention frameworks, and legacy modernisation for a large health insurer. Designed and implemented GDPR-aligned governance, established retention policies and data lineage, and built a sustainable operating model.

Designed and delivered a city-scale Digital Twin of Auckland's transport network, achieving 27% congestion reduction, 33% fewer accidents, and 35% higher public transport use. Built an enterprise architecture team from 0 to 12 professionals and established full EA governance.

Operationalised the GEA-NZ Enterprise Architecture Framework across all government agencies, saving $120M over 5 years and reducing annual IT redundancies by $40M. Enabled 30+ cross-agency initiatives and standardised models using Sparx Systems EA and ArchiMate.

Led architecture and implementation of a £1.6B Global Insurance Platform following a major merger. Architected the platform using ArchiMate, implemented data governance and information lifecycle management, and expanded into 10+ new markets with $50M annual savings.

Advised on the city-scale Digital Twin strategy for Dubai's smart city initiative, providing a strategic roadmap for real-time urban analytics, sustainability modelling, and infrastructure optimisation.
