What I'm looking for
At TransLink, I manage technology vendor contracts in a regulated public-sector environment, aligning commercial requirements, risk, budgets, renewals, and vendor performance.
Previously at Klue, I negotiated and closed customer and vendor SaaS agreements, NDAs, and SOWs for Sales and Go-To-Market teams. I also led the end-to-end implementation of a Legal-only CLM system and built playbooks, training materials, and scalable intake and approval workflows.
My background combines an MBA with more than 12 years in commercial contracting, legal operations, tax controversy, litigation, and dispute resolution. I work fluently in English and Spanish and am actively pursuing NCA accreditation in Canada.
