At RBC Wealth Management, I coordinate account transactions, documentation, and service requests while supporting accurate, timely processing and regulatory requirements.

I use Salesforce CRM to maintain client and account data, track activity, and support internal workflows. I also review account documentation, identify discrepancies, and partner with Financial Advisors and internal teams to resolve operational issues.

Previously at M.C. Weeks, Inc., I supported more than 20 client consultations each week, prepared quotes and proposals, and handled high-volume orders. My work helped reduce transaction turnaround time by approximately 15% while building responsive, dependable client relationships.

As a Finance student at Duquesne University and a former member of the Duquesne Women’s Soccer Team, I bring discipline from balancing a demanding athletic schedule with full-time academics. I’m also involved with Delta Sigma Pi and the Duquesne Accounting Mentorship Program.
