At DataMax, I developed and maintained messaging platforms for Albanian travel agencies and businesses, integrating Meta messaging products and Amazon Bedrock with Claude models. The platforms aimed to help travel agents achieve at least a 2x efficiency gain and solo business owners a 5x gain.

At entOS, I improved freight and financial workflows, including data models that loaded application data 10–100x faster and batch processing that was 25x faster. I also optimized document PDF generation by porting the service from Node.js to Rust, achieving a 20x speedup.

Earlier, at Staircase, I expanded external mortgage API support and fixed mapping issues. At Ritech International AG, I improved insurance application workflows and developed websites for auto service shops.
