Rebekah Chamberlin

I’m a quality-focused production supervisor with experience bridging communications between departments to keep work moving smoothly. At Bossman Boats, I supported better production outcomes by solving issues with basic mutual solutions and arranging staff to duties that improved the work environment.

Before that, I built hands-on production and inspection depth as a Quality Inspector/Production Performance. I hand-laid small parts, trimmed, buffed, inspected, and helped complete items from start through readiness to ship—along with pulling and repairing anything needed.

I also have long-standing fiberglass process experience as a Team Leader (Lamination, Gel coater/chop gunner/laminator, pre fab, finisher) through a small-company learning environment where I gained knowledge across departments. I bring strong attention to detail, reliability, patience, good listening habits, and a “get along well with even the most difficult people” mindset.
