I’m looking for a detail-driven role where I can own QuickBooks-based reconciliations, bookkeeping accuracy, and customer communication—ideally with a team that values remote reliability, process improvement, and compliance.

I’m a meticulous and motivated administrative professional with extensive experience across multiple industries, with a strong focus on remote finance support and customer service. I bring proven reliability in document-heavy workflows, multi-line communication, and staying accurate under tight timelines.

In my most recent role as a Remote Finance Assistant / Customer Service Operator, I booked bank transfers, wires, TPA fees, and invoices using QuickBooks and proprietary systems. I managed financial documents and client data in FileTrac, and completed monthly reconciliations for 500+ accounts in QuickBooks.

I also handled international compliance tasks by performing monthly organizational projects and conducting international sanction searches using OFAC and ISO. That combination of accounting discipline and attention to detail is where I add the most value.

Previously, as a Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant, I processed invoices and weekly vendor and employee payments using AccountEdge and supported sales expense reports. I reconciled daily and weekly bank statements, tracked credit card usage in AccountEdge and Excel, digitized documents with Bitfarm, and prepared audit and budget reports—often while also supporting reception, copyediting, and administrative needs.
