What I'm looking for

I want to work as an autonomous APRN in primary care/internal medicine—supporting chronic care through mobile visits and telehealth. I value organized workflows, strong documentation standards, and a team that trusts my independent clinical judgment.

I’m an autonomous APRN focused on primary care and internal medicine, with an adult/geriatric lens. I manage my own panel and provide high-quality care through mobile medicine, home visits, and occasional telehealth.

My work emphasizes chronic-condition management and patient education. I support patients with conditions including diabetes, hypertension, heart failure, hypothyroidism, and obesity, while ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic testing and implementing teaching and instructions for patients and families.

I bring extensive RN and advanced-practice experience across multiple settings, including primary care, critical/ICU exposure, home health, case management, critical care nursing, and telehealth. I’m experienced with EMR systems and comfortable coordinating care, documentation, and continuity across visits.

I’m also skilled in clinical coding and documentation, including HCC coding and ICD-10. With leadership, supervisory, and teaching experience, I aim to deliver organized, compassionate care that improves outcomes and helps patients feel confident in their plan.
