What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue providing evidence-based adult-gerontology and primary care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and helping patients and families manage complex health needs.

I'm currently a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner at Baylor Scott & White Health Primary Care, where I assess patients, interpret diagnostic testing, prescribe therapies, and create outcomes-based treatment plans.

Previously, I provided adult-gerontology care with Geriatric Medicine Consultants across nursing homes, rehabilitation, and long-term care facilities. I coordinated with interdisciplinary teams, managed Medicare and Medicaid patients under CMS guidelines, and delivered telehealth assessments during COVID.

At Delaware Medical Walk-In, I managed acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, diagnostic testing, medication prescribing, and clinical documentation using ICD-10 and CPT coding.

My nursing background includes RN field case management with United Health Care and direct patient care in trauma, neuro stepdown, long-term critical care, and telemetry settings. I bring experience with complex care coordination, discharge planning, emergency response, clinical mentoring, and patient education.
