At Essence Place, I maintain guest and operational records, clean and validate datasets, and automate recurring KPI reports with spreadsheet formulas and templates. I also flag patterns in operational data to support daily decisions.

Before that, I worked as a Data Entry Clerk at Golden Grand Royale Hotel, entering and organising guest and operational information in spreadsheets. I also transcribed records from physical forms and audio files and maintained performance reports.

Alongside my work, I built SQL analyses of citizen and employee databases, using queries to explore records, headcount, tenure, and departmental insights. I also created Power BI dashboards for sales and public health data using DAX and Power Query.

I’ve also built an Excel sales analytics dashboard with formulas, pivot tables, and charts. My training includes a Data Analytics Certificate, AI Fundamentals, Web Design, and AutoCAD.
