What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a commercial legal role where I can draft and support contract negotiations, strengthen compliance and risk assessment, and manage case workflows with close client communication in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

I’m a bilingual commercial legal professional with 4+ years supporting legal teams across case management, client communication, legal document preparation, and regulatory compliance. I focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and efficient workflow execution—especially when timelines are tight and expectations are high.

As a Lawyer, I drafted, reviewed, and supported negotiation of commercial documents and contracts, aligning legal terms with business and client objectives. I also managed end-to-end case files and legal documentation, acted as a point of contact for clients, and translated legal research into practical insights to support strategy and decision-making.

Before that, I built strong operational and documentation foundations as a Paralegal and Legal Intern, supporting contract drafting and case materials while organizing and maintaining legal documentation systems. I regularly conducted legal research, supported compliance checks and risk assessment, and contributed to intake and follow-up processes to prevent delays and keep matters moving smoothly.
