At PT TSM Agung Indonesia, I designed and implemented an operational workflow connecting sales orders, production planning, manufacturing, and delivery, supported by documented SOPs. I also developed automated forecasting and replenishment tools using historical demand data and business logic.
At PT Gajah Putih Elastic, I developed Python and Excel/VBA automation that reduced a monthly reporting process from over two weeks for three employees to approximately three hours for one non-technical employee. I also refactored legacy database logic and analyzed 20 years of sales and inventory data, helping identify and liquidate more than 10 tons of dead stock.
As an Associate Consultant – Business Analyst at SYNPULSE MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, I supported digital banking and core banking projects, including SIT and UAT planning. I also developed a Blue Prism solution to extract data from corporate action SWIFT messages and a Python tool consolidating family-office data into a one-page report.
In personal projects, I built an Agentic AI system with tool calling, persistent memory, modular workflows, and Discord API integration. I also developed a Python-based algorithmic trading bot and a YOLO/OpenCV chimney smoke-detection prototype.
