At Concentrix, I implement Intune enrollment and Windows Autopilot across hybrid and cloud-only environments, supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
I build and deploy configuration, compliance, and endpoint security policies, including BitLocker, security baselines, patching, and Win32 app deployment. I also deploy Conditional Access policies that enforce MFA and device compliance.
In Entra ID, I manage identity and access, including user and group lifecycle, RBAC, PIM, app registrations, SSO, and licensing. I also manage hybrid identity across Active Directory, Group Policy, and Entra Connect.
I troubleshoot Intune and Entra ID incidents using logs and policy evaluation, and automate administration and reporting with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph. Previously at Concentrix, I trained new hires in technical troubleshooting and supported customers with software issues.
