I’m a Cloud Performance Engineer and production reliability leader who helps stabilize large-scale enterprise platforms in banking, financial services, and health insurance. I focus on incident, problem, and service reliability management for mission-critical systems where uptime and client experience matter.

In production, I own triage and resolution for high-severity incidents with disciplined incident and problem management to maintain consistent SLA compliance. I build service analytics and trend-detection capabilities that convert operational signals into prioritized fixes, so teams address root causes—not just symptoms.

One of my most impactful efforts was designing an AI-based service analytics framework using cosine similarity and DBSCAN clustering. It eliminated ~60% of manual triage effort for incident classification (like OOM and STUCK Threads) and surfaced trend insights that improved how we prioritize and validate fixes.

I also lead end-to-end structured problem management—from rapid mitigation to code-level root cause analysis—delivering regression-free resolutions that reduced repeat incidents. Across OCI/WebLogic and related stacks, I drove resiliency enhancements and operational improvements, including reduced recurring defects (~50%) and fewer production incidents (~40%), while mentoring engineers on performance engineering and RCA methodologies.
