At Mple.AI, I designed and built an outbound AI-powered voice calling platform integrating Google Vertex AI Gemini Live with cloud telephony. A parallel session pre-warming strategy brought average call setup time from approximately three seconds to under 400 milliseconds.
I developed a reusable Node.js session management service for authentication, voice activity detection, real-time audio streaming, and AI-driven tool calling, adopted across two product features. I also engineered a voice streaming pipeline with sub-500ms round-trip response time and integrated an AI avatar video experience with synchronized audio playback and automatic fallback handling.
Previously, I built and maintained CI/CD pipelines at Benchmark IT Solutions and developed a scheduling web application at Digilytics Systems LLP. My projects include a full-stack movie booking platform deployed on a Linux/Nginx production server and an event management system.
