At SEND TECHNOLOGY, I manage identity and access activities across the organization, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, access requests, and quarterly access reviews. I use Microsoft Entra ID and eligible Privileged Identity Management assignments to support least-privilege access and audit traceability.

I investigate Microsoft Defender alerts, use KQL in Advanced Hunting, and administer Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365. I also proposed and piloted Attack Simulation Training, testing phishing detection and automated training assignment before the initiative was paused.

At SEND TECHNOLOGY, I supported the organization’s first-time SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO/IEC 42001 certification achievement and ongoing audit readiness. My work included access review evidence, control monitoring, Drata activities, and Microsoft Purview Audit searches.

Previously, at DXC TECHNOLOGY, I supported AWS-hosted applications, handled incidents and scheduled-job failures, and performed vulnerability remediation and server patching. I also contributed to Salesforce projects by building Lightning dashboards, reports, components, Visualforce pages, and Apex triggers.
