I've led disability, rehabilitation, and inclusive education services across Algeria’s National Solidarity Sector for more than 20 years. As Executive Director of Hearing Impairment Special Education Institutions, I oversee multidisciplinary teams, adapted learning, psychosocial support, and digital special-education systems.
I helped establish and supervise 150+ integrated educational classes in Ouargla and Touggourt, and founded Tebib’s Golden Ratio, a multilingual AI-enabled digital psychology platform. My work connects clinical psychology, accessibility, workforce development, assistive technology, and community reintegration.
