What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote-ready roles where I can build and clean speech datasets end-to-end, train transformer models, and apply careful engineering to robotics or language AI—ideally in teams that value detail, evaluation, and real-world reliability.

I’m a machine learning researcher and published author focused on turning raw speech into high-quality training data and strong speech recognition models. I’ve built end-to-end AI training pipelines: collecting speech, transcribing and correcting it by hand, normalizing text, and fine-tuning transformer models such as Wav2Vec2 and Whisper for Arabic (especially Algerian Darija).

My work blends rigorous research with practical robotics experience and a detail-focused, careful mindset—comfortable with remote, production-style execution. Through my Algerian Darija Speech-to-Text (ASR) project, I led dataset creation and model comparison, and I also published a first-author Q1 journal article on a multi-waypoint planner for autonomous navigation in dynamic environments.
