At Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI Inc.), I designed enterprise AI experiences, including a conversational interface that reduced secure data-access workflow time to under one minute and shipped to production.
I also built and prototyped an AI-assisted QA tool combining OpenCV, GPT-4o, and human-in-the-loop review, cutting design audit time from 30 minutes to under five minutes per screen. I led a five-person cross-functional team in designing a Teams-based conversational AI assistant from concept through engineering handoff.
At Happy Soul Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I was the sole designer on a 0–1 consumer platform, defining the problem space and shipping its information architecture and design system from concept to prototype. My work also includes restructuring 20+ pages for AIC-RMP and presenting research on children's personal safety education.
